1. About Us
Vipul Arts is a retailer of premium art, frames, wall décor, spiritual décor, mirrors, clocks, lighting, and antique heritage products, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
3. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish from the product photos are natural and are not considered defects.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or discontinue any product at our discretion, even after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you and offer a full refund for the affected item.
- Custom-framed items are built to the exact specifications you select using our Frame Customizer; please review your dimensions and options carefully before adding them to your cart, as custom orders cannot be resold and are subject to the cancellation terms in Section 6.
4. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed only once payment is authorized (for online payment) or the order is successfully placed (for Cash on Delivery).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock — with a full refund of any amount already paid.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vipul Arts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
