We want you to love your Vipul Arts piece. Because many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or custom-framed, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellations
- Standard (non-custom) orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the order has shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Custom-framed orders built through our Frame Customizer enter production shortly after payment and can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After that window, work has typically begun and the order cannot be cancelled.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our return process below instead.
2. Returns
- Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates of authenticity intact.
- Custom-framed and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defect or transit damage (see Section 4).
- To initiate a return, contact us with your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item. We will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where available.
- Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused by us will not be accepted for return.
3. Refunds
- Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds for online payments are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide, within the same timeframe.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or transit damage).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund — including shipping charges — at your preference, once the issue is verified.
- This applies to custom-framed pieces as well: manufacturing defects and transit damage are always covered, even though change-of-mind returns are not.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-framed and made-to-order pieces (except for defects or transit damage, per Section 4).
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards, if offered.
