We take great care in packaging every piece to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left our workshop. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
We currently deliver across India — from major metros to smaller towns — via our courier and logistics partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
5–9 business days. Regular courier delivery via Shiprocket network.
7–14 business days. Premium in-home delivery and placement for large or fragile pieces.
Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch, not order date, and may vary based on your location and courier availability. Custom-framed pieces require additional production time before dispatch — you'll see the estimated production window in your order confirmation.
Once your order ships, you can track its status from your Account page under Order History. Tracking details, including courier name and AWB number, will be added to your order as soon as they are available.
Every piece is individually wrapped, cushioned, and boxed to withstand transit — mirrors, glass, and framed artwork receive extra corner protection and "fragile" handling labels. Our White-Glove Delivery option additionally includes in-home unpacking and placement for large or delicate pieces.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please note this with the courier at the time of delivery where possible, and contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy for how we resolve transit damage.
